“Green Rights: The Human Right to a Healthy World” Film Screening with Q&A with filmmaker Silver Donald Cameron

Tuesday March 27th, 6:30 pm McConnell Library, 50 Falmouth St, Sydney

Air, water, food – these are the sources of life. Without them, we die; and in most nations – more than 180 nations, in fact – citizens are entitled to these essential elements in life. But not in Canada. Join us for a screening of this film that tells great human stories – stories of passion and courage and love, stories of parents and grandparents battling on behalf of generations not yet born. Silver Donald Cameron is a Canadian journalist, playwright, author, and university teacher whose writing focuses on social justice, nature, and the environment. He is the author of Warrior Lawyers and writer/narrator of the documentary film Green Rights: The Human Right to a Healthy World.
Everyone welcome!

Presented in partnership with The Sustainability Project, CBU.
