Supporting Loved Ones Presented by the Willow House Community Outreach Many friends and family members want to offer support to someone who has experienced some kind of trauma, but don’t always know how. In this information session, friends, family, and intimate partners can learn about the kinds of trauma (physical, emotional or sexual), the impacts of experiencing trauma, strategies to show your support, how to develop healthy boundaries while still providing support, and ways to care for yourself.
