DESCRIPTION:In early June Rhodena was diagnosed with breast cancer\, just before starting her seasonal employment and within two weeks Cyril was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. As you might well imagine this is cause for a tremendous amount of emotional stress. Rhodena will be undergoing an operation and treatment which will require trips back and forth to Halifax. Cyril’s illness requires him to take multiple medications for which he must adapt to numerous side effects. On Saturday July 21st we will be hosting a benefit and auction at the Lion’s Hall\, St. Peters 2:00-6:00 \n
