DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to the “Jane’s Walk” in the neighbourhood of New Aberdeen\, in Glace Bay. It will take place this Saturday\, June 9\, at 2 p.m. Beginning at Warden United Church\, we’ll walk the unique and special neighbourhood of New Aberdeen\, sharing stories and ideas about the community. All ages are very welcome. Refreshments will follow. This “Jane’s Walk” is one of hundreds of Jane’s Walks around the world inspired by the late Jane Jacobs\, a celebrated champion of healthy cities and neighbourhoods.
