DESCRIPTION:Join us on Friday\, May 17th at 6:00pm for the 8th annual Undercurrent Youth Centre dinner & auction. The catered dinner will be stuffed chicken with apple crisp dessert. Tickets are $20 and available by calling 902-549-6085 or from youth centre volunteers. The live auction will begin at 7:00pm and if you just want a ticket to the auction you can get one at the door for $10. Endless tea\, coffee and dessert will be provided all evening. There are dozens of items up for auction including furnace oil from MacLeod’s Fuels\, lobster\, restaurant certificates\, household items\, beauty products and two Air Canada tickets! The event is being held at Undercurrent Youth Centre in Glace Bay\, 224 York Street. All money raised will go toward programming for youth at both the Glace Bay and New Waterford centres. \n
