DESCRIPTION:St. Mary’s Polish Church in Whitney Pier invites everyone to the 106th annual Blessing of the Easter Baskets — on Holy Saturday\, April 20\, at 1 p.m. It’s a beautiful Polish custom open to everyone. It consists of a short but meaningful ceremony. Please feel free to bring an Easter basket with food items for Easter morning and to decorate the basket if you wish. We’ll invite you to contribute one of your items to a collective basket for Loaves and Fishes. Parishioners will also be delivering blessed baskets to people who are homebound \n
