This is CF Canada’s largest fundraising event that brings us together with one aim – fundraising to make an impact on the cystic fibrosis landscape and ensure that no-one is left behind. \nCystic fibrosis (CF) is the most common fatal genetic disease affecting Canadian children and young adults. At present\, there is no cure. \nYou can walk and fundraise as an individual or with your own team and\, no matter how you choose to participate in the Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History\, please know you’ll be helping in profound ways.
