Combined Christmas Giving in New Waterford will be holding applications Nov 7 & 8 from 11:00am to 3 pm at the KOC Hall in New Waterford, for those who need assistance at Christmas. You will need Health Cards and notice of assigment.

Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 2pm at the Sydney River Fire Department, 36 Lewis drive. It is $15 entry, but includes pizza and a soft drink. The auction is raising money for mitts, toques, hats and caps to help keep children warm. It will be a silent and live auction. Come help Cape Breton Kiwanis Golden K, serving the children of the world.
