Cancer Transitions – Moving Beyond Treatment – a Free seven week program people who have completed cancer treatment will begin on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017 and run consecutive Tuesdays from 12:45 – 3:30 pm at the YMCA, Charlotte St., Sydney. Topics include Taking Control of your Survivorship, Exercise for Wellness, Emotional Health and Well- Being, Medical Management Beyond Cancer, and Moving Beyond Cancer.
