Friday, December 20th at 7p.m. Train Your Brain continues at the Mira Centre. Meet and greet friends for some friendly competition. There is no charge, but donations are gratefully accepted.

Sydney Mines & District Community Center are having a free family skate on Sat. Dec. 21st from 11am to 12:30 sponsored by the Sydney mines Volunteer Fire Dept. and they will be giving out free hot chocolate.

Skyline to Blueberry Mountain Snowshoe/Hike: Feb. 1 Hike Nova Scotia and Les Hikers present a guided hike/snowshoe from the Skyline Trail to Blueberry Mountain in Chéticamp on February 1 at 10 am. Registration details at www.hikenovascotia.ca.
