IMAC Florida Travel Team, sponsored by the Southend Community Center, Will be hosting an "OutDoor Flea Market" on June 9th from 12pm until 4pm at the back of the community center. Rain or Shine.  If its raining it will take place in the gym. LOTS of awesome stuff to purchase!!! BBQ on site. Cash only event!!!

We are having our annual Glace Bay Art Show on June 12th, and 13th. From 12 noon to 8pm at the Glace Bay fire hall Reserve St. Glace bay. Free admission

Oceanview Education Centre in Glace Bay is putting on a production of High School Musical Junior next week from June 14-16th! The show times are as follows: June 14th - 7pm June 15th - 7pm June 16th - 1pm Tickets are just $5 and can be purchased from any of the actors in the show, at Visions of Venus (902-842-1159) in Dominion, or on the night of at the door!

The Baddeck Community Market is located outdoors at the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site and will be open from 10am-1pm.  Come shop from local producers, food vendors, and artisans.

Come celebrate the addition of accessible playground equipment to the park on Jaycee’s 9th birthday June 15 from 1-3 with lots of fun activities including bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals and lots of treats jersey’s lemonade stand, hot dogs French fries cotton candy popcorn and much more.  Will be moved to the miner’s forum if raining.
