Northside Boys Car show
Come out to Main St. in Sydney Mines on Saturday 11th for a family-friendly car show. Dozens of cars will be lining the street for the morning and afternoon. There will be kids activities for all ages, craft tables for the adults and a whole lot more.

As part of Nova Scotia Polish Heritage Month, St. Mary's Polish Church in Whitney Pier will hold a take-out Polish dinner on Saturday, September 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.-- including the always popular perogies and cabbage rolls. $10 per take-out dinner.
